DO I NEED TO PROVIDE ANY PRODUCTS OR EQUIPMENT?
Happy Home supplies all the equipment necessary to each team. This includes all cleansers and sprays to ensure the safety of surfaces in your home.
ARE HAPPY HOME EMPLOYEES FULLY TRAINED?
Happy Home spends a minimum of two weeks with a supervisor, learning the Happy Home Cleaning System before being put onto a team.
DOES YOUR COMPANY HAVE BUSINESS INSURANCE?
All Happy Home employees are fully bonded and insured. Every employee is covered under Workers Compensation to protect you in case of an injury in your home. All employees are WHMIS-trained to understand how to safely use all cleaning products and equipment provided.
HOW MANY HOMES ARE CLEANED BY A HAPPY HOME TEAM IN ONE DAY?
In order to provide the highest quality service, each team has a maximum of 3-4 houses per day.
DO YOU PROVIDE A REGULAR SCHEDULE FOR MY HOUSE TO BE CLEANED?
Happy Home employees have a regular route with the same houses cleaned weekly, biweekly, or monthly.
DOES HAPPY HOME PROVIDE SUPERVISED VISITS TO THE HOME?
Supervisors will randomly check in on houses to ensure our standards of quality are met.
HOW DOES HAPPY HOME GAIN ACCESS TO MY HOME?
To ensure the integrity of your Home, Happy Home has a strict key coding system.
IS THERE A CONTRACT?
Happy Home prefers to earn your business rather than signing a contract. In return, we ask that if you must cancel a set cleaning, please give 24 hours' notice.
WHAT IF MY REGULAR CLEANING FALLS ON A STAT HOLIDAY?
You will be contacted with the new date of your clean. Every effort will be made to adjust schedules in order to get all homes cleaned in the same week they were originally scheduled.
IS YOUR SERVICE GUARANTEED?
If for some reason you are unhappy with our service, please call within 24 hours, and we can send a team to re-clean the area, so you are completely satisfied.
