Does your company have Business Insurance or Workers Compensation coverage in case of an injury inside or outside of the home?

Happy Home can provide Proof of Insurance and Workers Compensation documentation upon request which provides complete coverage in the event of an injury on your property. We provide full coverage, rather than putting a claim through your insurance.

Does the company have fully trained staff?

Happy Home has fully trained staff that spend a minimum of 1 to 2 weeks with a supervisor before being put onto a regular schedule.

Are the teams trained through WHMIS and have knowledge of the products used?

Happy Home has WHMIS training with the products that are provided, and know steps to take if mishandled.  We carry gloves, mask, and eye protection. There is a first aid kit on hand for further measures.

Will the home be cleaned if the scheduled day falls on a statutory holiday or a staff member is away/sick?

Happy Home contacts all clients in the event of a statutory holiday 3 to 5 days in advance to notify them of a schedule change.  With the amount of staff that Happy Home has, there is a great success rate for home completion.  Worst case scenario your home would be cleaned/

Do the staff members understand and speak English in the event that we have a suggestion that needs to be addressed?

English  comprehension is a requirement of Happy Home’s hiring process to assure clear communication in order to understand your individual needs.

Do you provide a set schedule for weekly, bi-weekly and  monthly cleanings?

It is extremely important to provide our customers and employees with a set schedule in order to form a strong relationship.  This makes for a comfortable environment, and helps us formulate a system to properly maintain your home in the required amount of time.

How many homes are cleaned by a crew in one day?

Our job is providing our employees with 3 to 4 homes per day.  Happy Home feels it is unfair to the clients, and its employees, to maintain more than 4 homes in a full work day.

Are the supplies including the vacuum provided by the Company?

Everything is supplied for your home.  This includes specialized cleansers and sprays to ensure the safety of the surfaces in the house, and your family.  Our products are non-toxic and are not harmful.  Happy Home has a complete vacuum which includes the crevice tool, floor piece and powerhead.  The Valeda mop and pail system is used for the floors.  We also have some great suggestions if you would like to GO GREEN.

Does the company provided supervised visits to the home?

Our supervisors complete a checklist upon random visitations.  We like to see that surfaces are properly maintained, and give constructive criticism for the employees to work on in order to make the cleaning more effective.  We like to give a minimum of one positive remark, for every negative.

Are the cleanings guaranteed?

Our cleanings are guaranteed.  We ask our customers to leave the home as they found it, in order to assess the situation, and get a better understanding of your expectations.  We know how hard this can be!  We require 24 hours to correct the situation.  Please contact the office as soon as you notice a concern as it is hard to correct a problem several days later.
